From the villa, you can see the village of Villefranche sur Mer, the amazing coastline and the seaside mountain cliffs.

As you lounge on the outdoor furniture and sunbathe on the sun loungers you can enjoy this incredible setting. The villa is located in a small, exclusive residential area. It is a very private and very quiet residence – yet also located in an amazing coastal French village, which has seaside restaurants, cafes, shops, beaches….

It is just a 5 minute walk into the village and all its conveniences and entertainment.

Villefranche sur Mer has a train station which provides easy access to nearby coastal towns such as Monaco , Nice, Cannes and many smaller towns and villages, such as Eze and Beaulieu sur Mer.
The beauty of this part of the Cote d’Azur is incredible and Villa BeauArts is not only well located in this area but also enjoys this beauty from the privacy of its garden and pool area.

Amazing open views on coast and seaside!

Villa BeauArts is a very private property with gorgeous open views onto the coast and seaside village.

The property is located slightly above the village of Villefranche sur Mer and therefore looks down to the sea and coast. It also has views upwards towards the exclusive residential hillside area of Villefranche.

The villa opens onto a great wooden decking area with a large outdoor eating area which can be shaded with an awning. There is a comfortable outdoor lounge area near the pool and many sun loungers around the pool, on which to relax.

From the pool and pool area, the views are fantastic.

The garden is an artist delight. It is well maintained with local vegetation and artistic sculptures throughout. The outdoor atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable and breathtaking. It is ideal for long afternoons sunbathing by the pool, lazy lunches and barbecue evening meals all the while enjoying the views over the sea.

The interior of the villa is beautifully designed and decorated with great taste in paintings, scuptures and unique art. It is furnished to a high standard and enjoys amenities such as air conditioning and a full home security system.

There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, all of which is on one level. The living and interior dining area open onto the large outdoor terrace. There are extra large windows in the living area that allow for great open views of the coast and sea from inside the villa. The kitchen is modern and has all the needed conveniences.

The 3 bedrooms are located on one side of the villa. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower, sink and wc and the other with bathtub/shower, sink and wc.

The 4th bedroom is in the separate studio, which is attached to the main house and accessed from the outside. It has a small double bed, bathroom and kitchenette.
