 Opio

Villa Jade in Opio is a wonderful property, situated in a quiet residential area of Opio.

This amazing property is the perfect blend of Provencal and contemporary style. It has lots of charm all while keeping a modern feel.

Opio village is less than 2 km from the property. It has a supermarket, boulangerie/cafe, pharmacy…. 

There are many other wonderful villages nearby.
The village of Le Rouret is a 5 minute drive away. It has a supermarket, shops, several restaurants and cafes.

The village of Pont du Loup has a mountain river, Le Loup, which runs through it to the sea. At this village, there are natural forming ponds which are lovely for summer swimming.
Another must see in the local area, is the perched village of Gourdon, which has amazing views, restaurants, cafes and is a great start from which to enjoy mountain hikes.

Another slightly larger village nearby is the charming village of Valbonne.
It is approximately a 10 minute drive from the villa. Valbonne is well known for it’s lovely boutiques, shops, center square with lots of atmosphere, great restaurants, cafes… There is also a great local market every Friday, which takes over the streets with great local products and food. The summer months bring lots of entertainment as well, such as the circus, movies, music festivals, plays, exhibits…

The villa is approximately a 25 to 30 minute drive to the coastal towns of Cannes, Anitbes, Biot, Cagnes sur Mer and Villeneuve Loubet. The seaside towns and villages have so much going on in the summer, with great seaside boardwalks, tons of restaurants to choose from, medieval castles and churches, cafes, entertainment, water sports and clubs…

Beautiful, well maintained garden

Villa Jade is an oasis of tranquility. As soon as you pass through the private villa gates, you enter an well maintained property with beautiful grounds.

The private grounds of Villa Jade are approximately 2,500 m2, flat and very private. It is completely fenced and not overlooked. It is the perfect garden for children to run around and play.

There is a boules court for early evening entertainment.

The pool is surrounded by decking and a fence for child safety. There is a pool house at one end (with a sofa bed and shower room). There is lounge furniture and table and chairs on the decking.
Near the pool, are several outdoor children’s play areas.

At the rear of the property, there is another cosy covered summer seating area which is perfect in the hot summer months.

There is parking inside the property gates for several cars.

Overall, the garden and grounds of Villa Jade are wonderful, calm and a perfect holiday relaxation.

Modern, spacious interior

The interior of Villa Jade is modern and well decorated.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home meals. The kitchen opens onto the outside, shaded terrace which has outdoor seating area for meals. 
There is an open plan lounge, dining and office area.

There are a total of 4 double bedrooms (all ensuite). Two of the bedrooms are on the entrance level and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a terrace and dressing room.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living area.

There is an separate laundry room and pantry off of the kitchen. There is also an independent toilet on the ground floor.
