 Roquefort les Pins

Villa Vue Montagne is a lovely 4 bedroom villa, located in a gorgeous residential area of Roquefort Les Pins. It is close to the village amenities yet in a quiet and incredibly picturesque setting. It is only approximately a 20 minute walk into town and a 15 minute drive to the coast.You can walk to a small shopping center which has a boulangerie, cafe/restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket…

Roquefort Les Pins has much to offer; with quite a few restaurants, cafes, shops, boutiques to enjoy. There are also local markets, movie theater and cultural center which often has exhibits, plays or music events.

The villa is approximately a 15 to 20 minute drive to the coastal towns of Cagnes sur Mer, Villeneuve Loubet and Biot. The seaside towns and villages have so much going on in the summer, with great seaside boardwalks, tons of restaurants to choose from, medieval castles and churches, cafes, entertainment, water sports and clubs…

Roquefort Les Pins is in a great location, slightly removed from the coast and more busy areas, but still very accessible to all its amenities. As well, this village enjoys a proximity to many other lovely villages such as Valbonne, Mougins, Bar sur Loup, Gourdon, Grasse… There is something for everyone to enjoy and experience on the Cote d’Azur.

Great garden with local plants and open views to the mountains

The garden is large and partially landscaped/partially left natural with local plants.

There are wonderful views of the countryside, mountains, and villages, such as Tourettes sur Loup, from the garden and pool area. It is a very tranquil and lovely relaxing area in which to enjoy your holiday.

The pool area is really lovely. It is on a slightly higher level than the main terrace outside the villa. From here, the mountain views are fantastic.
There are many sun loungers around the pool as well as shade if needed. There is a shaded pool house and a large umbrella by the pool.
Above the pool is the sand boules court, with equally great countryside views.
There is also table tennis on the main level for entertainment.

This lovely villa is wonderful for a summer holiday, spacious and well equipped, it is in a great location to visit the Cote d’Azur and equally great to enjoy days and evenings by the pool.

The villa is open plan, with great views of garden and mountains

The interior of the villa is all on one level with an open plan living and dining/kitchen area.

It is very light and spacious and opens up onto the very large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. The large living area is very comfortable and light. The dining/kitchen area opens onto the shaded part of the terrace which has outdoor dining furniture and lounge furniture.

There is a gas barbecue next to the outdoor dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and well placed next to the outdoor dining area. It opens onto the front balcony which overlooks the mountains.

The 4 bedrooms are all on the same main level.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, and opens onto the main terrace and pool area. The 3 other bedrooms all have double beds and share the second bathroom, which has a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. Two of these 3 bedrooms open onto the terrace.

There is also a gym on the lower level.
