 Cap d’Antibes

Villa Vacances has an incredible location, on the east side of Cap d’Antibes, very close to Plage Salis, the beaches and Antibes.

This amazing property is just a short walk to the coast and beaches and into the fantastic costal town of Antibes, seaside restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainment …

There are of course all the essentials nearby, such as great boulangeries, supermarkets, train station and bus station, which means that a car is not necessary.

In the summer months, Antibes has so much to offer, with outdoor dining and entertainment and the other nearby town of Juan Les Pins hosts the famous Jazz Festival.

Antibes has a multitude of activities ranging from popular water sports, such as sailing, to great beaches and coastal walks, to local restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, boutiques…

Antibes is the private yachting capital in the Mediterranean Sea and it has a great marina just next to the town.

There are great coastal walks starting directly from the villa and going around the Cap d’Antibes.

Villa Vacances is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Cap d’Antibes coastline.

The villa is located in an exclusive residential area on the Cap d’Antibes; it is very private, with an enclosed garden of approximately 2,500 m2. It has several terraces, balconies and outdoor living space and enjoys amazing views to the sea, especially from it’s large roof top terrace.

This beautiful villa has an incredible outdoor area. The main floor opens directly onto the pool and pool area. There is wooden decking that surrounds the pool and has a comfortable shaded lounge area as well as outdoor dining facilities.

The outdoor gem is probably the rooftop terrace. This is a large area, from which the views of the coastline and Medeterranean Sea are truly lovely.

This rooftop terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and comfortable outdoor lounge furniture.

The garden is well maintained with local plants and greenery throughout.

First lower floor

3 double bedrooms (2 ensuite’s with shower & 1 master ensuite bathroom with bath & shower all ensuites have toilets). These bathrooms are Provencal in style and original to the villa.

Lower ground floor

2 double bedrooms – sharing one shower room. This shower room is modern. The 2 bedrooms lead to the garden area.
