Located on a quiet residential area, this lovely villa is between 2 wonderful villages: La Colle sur Loup and St. Paul de Vence. You can walk into the center of La Colle sur Loup, where there are great restaurants, cafes, shops, outdoor entertainment, cafes… You can also walk to very high quality restaurants in St. Paul de Vence.

The charming village of La Colle sur Loup has a great main street which is filled with French culture and atmosphere; from the many restaurants and cafes to the shops and boutiques. It also has a lovely main square around which many restaurants have outdoor seating, providing a wonderful atmosphere. There are also local markets, galleries, plays, music and circus events that come to La Colle sur Loup .

St Paul de Vence is just a few minutes drive from the villa. It is well known for its quality galleries and restaurants. The village is perched on a hillside and has amazing views as well as wonderful centuries old architecture.

The villa is approximately a 15 minute drive to the coast: Cagnes sur Mer beaches and its seaside boardwalk with restaurants, cafes.

The coast has smaller towns of Biot and Villeneuve as well as larger coastal towns of Antibes and even Cannes and Nice. There is something for everyone to enjoy and experience on the Cote d’Azur.

This beautiful villa has an incredible private garden which is completely fenced. It is a very large garden, approximately 4,000 m2, which is totally flat.

The grounds are perfect for children of all ages, with lots of room to play ball games and run around..

Besides the lovely pool and pool area complete with many sun loungers there is also a private tennis court for the enthusiasts. Other possible activities at Villa St. Paul are table tennis and a boules court.

The large kitchen opens onto a great shaded terrace which overlooks the garden and pool. There is inside dining area in the kitchen and also ample outdoor eating under the shade. In the summer, most meals are taken outside and there is also a charcoal barbecue for these pleasant evenings.

The living area is bright and also opens onto the large terrace with outside lounge furniture and direct access to the large garden and pool area.

There are 4 bedrooms located in one wing of the villa, 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The master bedroom is located upstairs above the main floor and is very spacious. It also has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is a large terrace accessed only from the master bedroom which overlooks the gardens and can be used for sunbathing.
