Villa Oliviers is a sensational 5 bedroom property. Located in a lovely residential area of Plasscassier/Valbonne, it is the perfect holiday home in the South of France.

It has been completely renovated and decorated to a very high standard by a well-known interior architect in Valbonne; each room has been finished to perfection.

The grounds are large, 2,500 m2, well-manicured and mostly flat so great for children.

It is just a 2 minute walk down to the small village of Plasscassier, where you can get your croissants in the morning from the local boulangerie and enjoy a meal at lunch and in the evenings. There is also a supermarket and small shops.

Just a few minutes drive from the villa is the incredibly charming village of Valbonne.
Valbonne has a great French atmosphere with many restaurants, cafes, shops and boutiques to enjoy. It has a lovely main square around which many restaurants have outdoor seating, providing a wonderful atmosphere. There are also local markets, galleries, plays, music and circus events that come to Valbonne.

Friday mornings are well known for the great outdoor market in Valbonne. It has a wonderful selection of local products such as cheese, saucisson, … as well as local arts, crafts, clothes, …. It’s a great place to walk through the village streets and enjoy shopping, browsing or a morning coffee.

The villa is approximately a 25 minute drive to the coast and the larger towns of Antibes and Cannes. It also has many other great villages to visit within a 20 minute drive such as Mougins, Biot, Roquefort les Pins, Grasse… which all offer restaurants, cafes, shops, local markets…

Villa Oliviers has a fantastic outdoor area

The garden is private and absolutely wonderful. It is large (2,500 m2), fully enclosed and mostly flat, which is great for children to play and run around.

There is a large pool, 12m x 6m, which has an electric cover. It is also possible to heat the pool. The pool gets full sun all day and there are many sun loungers around the pool on which to relax.

There are many outside areas in the garden to lounge, relax and eat.
Three of the downstairs bedrooms open onto a very large covered terrace, which faces the pool. There is outdoor lounge furniture which makes it a prefect place to enjoy the summer months in the shade.

The pool house also has a shaded terrace, which is equipped with a large table and chairs for outdoor meals. The pool house has a refrigerator, oven, sink, dishwasher and set of plates, glasses… everything needed to cook and prepare outdoor meals.

In addition, there is a shaded “gazebo” area with outdoor lounge area, a lovely quiet place to relax and enjoy the views of the mountains.

This beautiful garden is very well maintained, with lots of grassy areas, Olive trees and lovely local plants.

The living area opens onto a large covered terrace which overlooks the garden and pool area, and also looks out to the lovely views of the mountains and countryside.

The main bedroom on this floor opens onto a private, side terrace. The other 3 bedrooms open onto a shaded terrace, which overlooks the pool and garden.
This terrace is a great shaded area for the summer months, where to enjoy the outdoors and remain cool.

In addition to the main villa, there is a large pool house, just next to the pool. The pool house has been renovated and finished to the same high standard as the villa.
It has a full kitchen, with oven, refrigerator, dish washer, … and equipped for preparing meals out by the pool. The is a long outdoor table on the shaded terrace of the pool house which overlooks the pool. This is incredibly practical in the summer months, when meals can be prepared poolside.
