Mougins

Villa Mougins is a great 4 bedroom holiday property. Situated in a lovely, quiet residential area, it is a wonderful large holiday home in the South of France.

Located near charming villages and close to the mountains and coast, Villa Mougins is in an ideal position to enjoy the natural beauty and attractions of the Cote d’Azur.

The villa is just a 15 drive into Cannes and Mougins – 2 fantastic locations for restaurants, beaches, shops, entertainment and so much more.

Also nearby is the incredibly charming village of Valbonne.
Valbonne has a great French atmosphere with many restaurants, cafes, shops and boutiques to enjoy. It has a lovely main square around which many restaurants have outdoor seating, providing a wonderful atmosphere. There are also local markets, galleries, plays, music and circus events that come to Valbonne.

Friday mornings are well known for the great outdoor market in Valbonne. It has a wonderful selection of local products such as cheese, saucisson, … as well as local arts, crafts, clothes, …. It’s a great place to walk through the village streets and enjoy shopping, browsing or a morning coffee.

The villa is in an excellent location to benefit from the many towns and villages nearby … which all offer restaurants, cafes, shops, local markets…

Villa Mougins has a large garden and great views

The large grounds are wonderful and private. The gardens are partially manicured, but mostly left natural, which is great for children to play and explore.

The open views of the coast and sea beyond are absolutely fantastic! The great views can be enjoyed from everywhere in the garden.

There are many areas in the garden to relax and enjoy nature and the surroundings.

The pool area has a large tiled terrace around it perfect for sun bathing on the sun loungers. There is also a covered pool house area which has a built in barbecue and sink. This is a lovely place to enjoy midday meals in the shade by the pool.

The pool is large, approximately 12m x 5m, with steps going into the shallow end of the pool.

There is also a large covered terrace attached to the house, which overlooks the pool, garden and has great views of the mountains. Another perfect area for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation time in the shade.

The property has place for several cars to park within the villa gates.

Villa Mougins is a beautiful villa in Mougins with open views to the sea and the bay of Cannes.

The villa is Provencal in style and the interiors have been very tastefully decorated.

This lovely villa has a large entrance hallway with a reading room and guest toilet.

The living area is an open plan lounge, and a dining room with a TV room/family room for guests to enjoy.
The lounge and dining room overlook the garden and outside dining terrace.

There is a separate kitchen – which also has direct garden and terrace access.
There is air conditioning in the kitchen and lounge.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds – perfect for children. On the ground floor there are 2 guest bedrooms with ensuite shower bathrooms. Leading up to the first floor there is the master bedroom suite with small balcony – with sea view – dressing room and large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is also on this first floor with 2 bunk beds – sleeping 4 ideal for children.
There are 4 lovely bathrooms in total.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.
