Villa La Roquette is an incredibly charming stone villa with unbelievable views to the Mediterranean Sea.
It is located in the village of La Roquette sur Siagne, walking distance to the village.

The closest large town is Cannes, just 6 km from the villa into the center of this gem of a coastal town.
Cannes is well known for its famous festivals and the Croisette with it’s famous hotels. Cannes also has many other things to offer such as great restaurants, fantastic shopping on the rue d’Antibes, great nightlife, excursions to the islands and St Tropez, sand beaches, both private and public and many other attractions…. There is definitely something for everyone.

In addition to Cannes, there are several other seaside towns closeby…
The popular resort towns of Mandelieu, Theoule sur Mer, Juan Les Pins and Antibes are all easily accessible from the villa. These smaller towns and villages have so much to offer, especially in the summer months. There are outdoor restaurants directly on the beach, cafes, shops, nightlife, and many summer markets and live entertainment, such as the famous Jazz Festival in July.

The villa is also close to the many lovely villages a bit more inland, such as Mouans Sartoux, Pegomas, Mougins and Valbonne. These offer authentic French charm with outdoor markets, restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment. There is something for everyone to enjoy on the Cote d’Azur.

Villa La Roquette has an exceptional setting

It is located at the end of a cul des sac, high on a hillside, facing towards the Mediterranean Sea.

The grounds are very large, approximately 20,000 m2, of which most of it is left in a natural state.
There is a grassy area in front of the villa, which is flat and a great place to enjoy the garden and it’s many colorful flowers and for children to play.

The large garden is very private and very well maintained. There are many wonderful different plants, flowers and local vegetation.

The pool area is down a few steps from the main grassy part of the garden. It also has an incredible setting, with direct views onto the countryside and sea beyond. The pool is tiled and surrounded on three sides by a tiled terrace.

The pool gets full sun all day. There are comfortable sun loungers around the pool. There is also a table and chairs to enjoy meals by the pool.

The villa is Provencal and charming

The interior of the villa has a great layout which allows most of the rooms to enjoy the amazing views to the sea.

It has a confortable space with a bright living room and dining room. The living room opens onto a long, balcony which has a small table and chairs – perfect for breakfast. The views are sensational. The dining room has large glass sliding doors which gives the impression of being outdoors, as it overlooks the pool area, garden and countryside to the sea.
The kitchen is conveniently located near the dining room.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level. One bedroom opens onto the long balcony with great views. The second bedroom has windows opening onto the same view. One bathroom has a bathtub/shower, the second bathroom has a shower.

The third bedroom is downstairs. It is attached to the villa but accessed from the garden. It has 2 single beds, which can be made into a double, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
