Villa Joie de Vivre is a really amazing holiday property, located in the prestigious residential area of Castellaras in Mouans Sartoux.

It is ideally located close to many lovely villages and the seaside.

The charming village of Valbonne is less than a 10 minute drive from the villa. It has a great French atmosphere with many restaurants, cafes, shops, boutiques to enjoy. It also has a lovely main square around which many restaurants have outdoor seating, providing a wonderful atmosphere. Valbonne has local markets, galleries, plays, music and circus events that come to Valbonne. There is a great outdoor market every Friday morning, with delicious local foods, clothing and local pottery, glass ware, and other products.

Villa Joie de Vivre is approximately a 25 minute drive to the coast and the larger towns of Antibes and Cannes. It also has many other great villages to visit within a 15 to 20 minute drive such as Mougins, Biot, Roquefort, Grasse… which all offer restaurants, cafes, shops, local markets… There is something for everyone to enjoy and experience on the Cote d’Azur.

Villa Joie de Vivre is situated high on a hill, and enjoys open views and a private, quiet atmosphere.

The garden is very large, 2,800 m2, and well maintained. There is a large grassy area around the villa, which is perfect for children of all ages to play ball, run around and enjoy the outdoors. There are also small terraces with many olive trees and other local plants and flowers; this gives the entire property an incredibly charming, South of France feeling.

There are many different outdoor areas around the villa, where there are table and chairs to have outdoor meals and loungers on which to relax.

The pool is very large, 10m x 5m, around which there are many sun loungers.
There is also a shaded eating area with table and chairs, which is great for outdoor barbecue meals. The downstairs kitchen is perfect for preparing meals outdoors and by the pool.

The interior is spacious and high quality

This beautiful villa has a modern Provencal style with large open rooms. The interior of the property is incredibly tasteful and very spacious. It is very nicely decorated in modern colours and everything is well look after.

The villa is approximately 300m2 and has five large bedrooms and five bathrooms; there are three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, which can sleep 4 children. There are 2 kitchens which is very useful for dining in different areas of the villa. The kitchen on the first floor is more contemporary and opens onto the interior dining area and living room. The ground floor kitchen is more traditional and is on the garden/pool level just next to the poolside dining area.

There are several very comfortable and lovely seating aras inside and outside, in which to relax.
