 Cap d’Antibes

Villa Garoupe is in an incredible location, on the east side of Cap d’Antibes, very close to Plage Garoupe and the center of cap d’Antibes.

This amazing property is in a gated, very small domain, just a 2 minute walk to the coast and beaches. There are beach restaurants, private beaches with sun loungers and cafes at your doorstep… There is also the beautiful cap d’Antibes walk that starts at Plage Garoupe and finishes at Baie des Milliardaires.  This location is truly an amazing paradise location you will not want to leave.

Cap d’Antibes has a small center, with little supermarket, which is a 2 minute from the villa. There is also close by the historical costal town of Antibes which has fantastic seaside restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainment … 

The other coastal town of Juan les Pins is also close and has a great summer atmosphere with beach restaurants, cafes and nightlife. It hosts the famous Jazz a Juan festival in July.

Antibes and Juan les Pins are both approximately a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from the villa.

There are of course all the essentials nearby, such as great boulangeries, supermarkets, train station and bus station.

Antibes has a multitude of activities ranging from popular water sports, such as sailing, kayaking, wind surfing …. at the sailing school on plage Salis… to great bike paths long the coast to Nice in one direction and Cannes in the other direction.

Antibes is also the private yachting capital in the Mediterranean Sea and it has a great marina just next to the town. It is possible to rent yachts or sailboats for the day and explore the coastline and islands off of Cannes.

The location is a dream for a holiday sejour.

Incredible, private garden oasis

Villa Garoupe is located in an exclusive residential area on the Cap d’Antibes; it is very private, with an enclosed garden of approximately 5,000 m2. It has several terraces, balconies and outdoor living space and enjoys views to the sea from its main terrace.

This luxury villa has a sensational outdoor area.

The main terrace on the first floor overlooks the pool, garden and Mediterranean Sea beyond.
The terrace is very large and is accessed from the entire first floor, kitchen, dining and living areas, with large openings the full length of the floor.

This terrace has both a large covered area and a sunny area. It is absolutely perfect for enjoying meals outside, in the shade. There is also a comfortable outside lounge area, sun loungers and table tennis.

From the terrace there are stairs leading down to the garden and pool area.

The pool is incredibly large, approximately 20m x 8m. There are many sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool. It can be heated if needed.

There is also a covered pool house next to the pool, which has an outdoor kitchen and eating area.

The garden is impeccable, constantly well maintained with local plants and flowers and greenery throughout. It feels like a tropical paradise. 

The interior is spacious and luxurious

Villa Garoupe has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. 

This luxurious villa has six double bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Entrance level & ground floor

All the bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

There are 2 very large master bedrooms, with beautiful ensuite bathrooms with bathtub and shower. Both of these bedrooms open onto the garden facing the pool.

There are 2 more large double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. These bedrooms open onto the side garden.

The last 2 bedrooms has a communication door between them, one bedroom is a double, the other is a lovely children’s room with bunk beds. These bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms also open onto the garden area.

A large staircase in the center of the ground floor leads to the main upper level.

First lower floor

This main level is a large open plan lounge and dining area with a separate kitchen.
It is incredibly spacious and light and fully opens onto the main terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

The interior living has comfortable seating, and extends seamlessly into the exterior living area on the terrace, due to the large openings to the outside. 

There is a large dining table for interior dining. This is located just next to the kitchen which can be closed off.

The luxury kitchen has high quality materials and fine details. There is a large granite worktop surface and high end appliances perfect for any meal preparations.

It enjoys amenities such as air conditioning throughout the villa.
