 Cap d’Antibes

Villa Cap d’Antibes has an incredible location, on the west side of Cap d’Antibes, very close to Juan Les Pins, the beaches and Antibes.

This amazing property is just a short walk into the fantastic costal town of Juan Les Pins, seaside restaurants, cafes, shops, entertainment …

There are of course all the essentials nearby, such as great boulangeries, supermarkets, train station and bus station, which means that a car is not necessary.

In the summer months, Juan Les Pins hosts the famous Jazz Festival.

The villa is also close to the coastal town of Antibes. Antibes is a larger coastal town and has a multitude of activities ranging from popular water sports, such as sailing, to great beaches and coastal walks, to local restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, boutiques…

Antibes is the private yachting capital in the Mediterranean Sea and it has a great marina just next to the town.

There is a convenient train station in Juan Les Pins, which provides easy access to all the other coastal towns on the Cote d’Azur, such as Nice, Cannes and Monaco.

Villa Cap d’Antibes is a 2 minute walk to the beach and Cap d’Antibes coastline.

The villa is located in an exclusive residential area on the Cap d’Antibes; it is very private, with an enclosed garden of approximately 1,000 m2. It has several terraces and balconies and enjoys amazing views to the sea, especially from it’s roof top dining/lounge/entertainment area!

This beautiful villa has an incredible outdoor area. The main floor opens directly onto the pool and pool area. There is wooden decking that surrounds the pool and has a comfortable lounge area as well as outdoor dining.

On the other side of the pool, is a fantastic pool house. Fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen, it also has another shaded outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.

This pool gets full sun and is very private.

There are several upper terraces, which have wonderful views. There is a sauna and jacuzzi and sun loungers on the upper terraces. These terraces are also very private and provide several different areas to relax in at this stunning property.

The outdoor gem is probably the rooftop terrace. This is a large area, from which the views of the coastline and Medeterranean Sea are truly lovely.

This rooftop terrace has a barbecue and outdoor kitchen area, which makes dining and entertaining incredible. There is also comfortable outdoor lounge furniture.

The garden is well maintained with local plants and greenery throughout.

Three bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate gym, lounge area as well as a great open balcony.

The two other bedrooms also open onto a balcony with great views.
