Villa Bonheur is located at the end of a cul de sac, in a quiet residential area of Roquefort les Pins.
There is room to park several cars within the property gates.
Villa Bonheur has an incredibly lovely garden, which is very well maintained. It is very large, approximately 4,000 m2, and completely fenced. The garden and pool area are very private and secluded.
The garden is mostly flat, with a gentle slope down to the bottom of the garden from the main house. There are small restanques in certain parts, and the entire garden is very accessible to all ages.
Children and adults have ample space for outdoor games, running around and generally enjoying nature and the outdoors.
There are several areas which have outdoor furniture, lounge areas to relax and different areas with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals.
The terrace area very close to the kitchen, has a large, shaded area with table and chairs and outdoor seating area. This is a lovely area to enjoy meals overlooking the garden.
The pool area is a little lower then the house. It has a great surrounding terrace, with areas to lounge and eat, all very private.
The pool is approximately 11m x 5m, great for swimming laps and playing games. There are several sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor longe area. There is also a table and chairs, in the shade, just next to the pool.
For those needing more warmth, there is a wood sauna available at the pool area.
There is also a table tennis under the shade and a trampoline for outdoor entertainment.
