This amazing 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located in a private residence, just across from the Nice Promenade.

Nice is a jewel on the Cote d’Azur, with it’s turquoise waters, extended beach front, newly renovated seaside Promenade and so much more…
This apartment is located near the beginning of the Nice Promenade, just a 2 minute walk onto the beach. The Promenade extends all the way to Nice Port, with a mix of private and mostly beach space.

There are many restaurants, cafes, shopping, cultural events, fresh markets, outdoor restaurants and cafes, parks … and so much more that Nice has to offer… all at the doorstep of this incredibly charming apartment.

There is a great train and bus system in place which provides easy access to other towns and villages nearby, such as … Antibes and Cannes.
Antibes is a well known coastal town and has a multitude of activities ranging from popular water sports, such as sailing, to great beaches and coastal walks, to local restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, boutiques…
Antibes is the private yachting capital in the Mediterranean Sea and it has a great marina just next to the town.

Cannes is well known for it’s Croisette, shopping and restaurants.

On the other side of the villa from Nice, awaits splendid seaside villages that are incredibly picturesque. The village of Villefranche sur Mer is definitely worth a visit.
Along with Villefranche sur Mer, other nearby villages include Beaulieu sur Mer, Eze, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Cap d’Ail and finally Monaco. All these places are so beautiful and worth a visit on your holiday. Monaco is just 25 km from the villa.

Amazing location! walk to beach, shops, restaurants…

Even though it is in the heart of Nice and 2 minute walk to the beach, it enjoys a great, quiet location in a residential parc. It is one of four apartments in a character building.
It is on the second (and top floor) of the building, which is accessed by the stairs. The lighting is great in the apartment with lots of windows for a very open, bright feel.

It has a wonderful, large balcony which is accessed from the living area and dining area. There are views over the residential parc and Nice beyond.
There is a table and chairs on the balcony for outdoor meals and drinks.

It is just a couple minutes drive from Nice airport, or a 20 minute walk. It is incredibly convenient for guests who really want to enjoy being close to the sea and experience Nice and the Cote d’Azur.

There is space for parking within the residence, however, a car is definitely optional, as public transportation and walking to the beach and into Nice town is so easy.
There are also bikes available to rent in Nice from many locations, which provides yet another mode of holiday transport.

The interior of the apartment is spacious and incredibly welcoming.

It has just been newly renovated, and completely repainted, remodeled, and refurnished.
There are character wood floors, high ceilings and lots of windows.

It is very well laid out, with the living area on one side of the apartment and the bedrooms on the other side of the apartment

The living area is newly open plan with the dining area and kitchen. It has a large sofa, which can open into a small double bed or be used as a single bed. The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people.
The kitchen is completely equipped for preparing home meals. It overlooks the open plan living/dining area.
There is a lovely balcony that is great for meals and relaxing outdoors.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a smaller double bed. There is 1 bathroom with bath/shower and sink and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet and sink.

Apt Nice is a beautiful apartment which is also incredibly comfortable and ideally located to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Nice and on the Cote d’Azur.
