Villa Eze is a fantastic 4 to 5 bedroom property in a unique setting; with amazing sea views, quiet hilltop location and close to one of the most beautiful medieval villages on the Côte d’Azur, Eze.

From the villa, you enjoy absolutely breathtaking views from the whole main level, terrace and lounge area.

The villa is located in a small, exclusive residential area. It is a very private and very quiet residence – yet also located near amazing coastal and hillside French villages, which have great restaurants, cafes, shops, beaches….

It is approximately a 30 minute walk, or 3 minute drive, into Eze village and all its conveniences and entertainment.

There are many other amazing villages and towns nearby that are a must for a holiday stay. Villefranche sur Mer is one such incredible seaside village with restaurants, cafes and beautiful beaches.

The larger towns of Monaco and Nice are just a 20 to 25 minute drive from the villa and also offer many choices in restaurants, entertainment as well as cultural events such as music and sports venues. 
The beauty of this part of the Cote d’Azur is incredible and Villa Eze is not only well located in this area but also enjoys this beauty from the privacy of its garden and pool area.

Amazing open views to the Mediterranean Sea!

Villa Eze is a very private property with gorgeous open views to the Mediterranean Sea.

The property is located on the hillside above Eze-sur-mer village (which is the seaside village of Eze), and along the moyenne corniche close to Eze medieval village.

The main floor of  the villa, which has the open plan living, dining area and kitchen, opens fully onto a very large terrace.
This terrace is exceptional. This large outdoor living space is a wonderful place to enjoy the views. There is a comfortable outdoor lounge area and dining area which can be shaded with 2 large awnings. There is also a sun bathing area overlooking the pool.
The entire terrace overlooks the pool and countryside and Mediterranean Sea.

From this terrace, there are steps leading down to the pool area. The pool is approximately 10m x 4m and beautifully tiled. There are many sun loungers around the pool, on which to relax. There are also outdoor lounge areas close to the pool.

Villa Eze even enjoys its own putting green turf for golf enthusiasts or just beginners appreciating outdoor entertainment. This area is near the main outdoor terrace and overlooks the pool area.

The garden is lovely. It is well maintained with local vegetation such as Olive trees and lavender.

There is parking inside the villa for several cars.

Modern 4 to 5 bedroom villa with great layout

The interior of the villa is beautifully designed with an open plan layout and spacious rooms. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard and enjoys amenities such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

The living and interior dining area open onto the large outdoor terrace. There are extra large windows in the living area that allow for great open views of the coast and sea from inside the villa. The kitchen is modern and has all the needed conveniences.

There are 4 main double bedrooms in the main part of house, and a 5th potential bedroom on the lower level. One double bedroom is on the higher level, more separated from the other bedrooms. It has a large ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. It also opens onto a lovely little terrace and enjoys sea views looking looking through the terraces. There are 3 double bedrooms in one “wing” of the house. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom and opens onto the garden. The 2 other double bedrooms share a very large bathroom. They also have a small living area which opens onto the garden. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Downstairs is a very large area with the same high standard finishings as the entire house. It has 2 very spacious rooms and a large ensuite bathroom. This area can be used as a games room or to accommodate as a 5th bedroom. It opens directly onto the garden and pool area.
